I was born and raised in New London, Wisconsin. I attended Emanuel Lutheran School and later Fox Valley Lutheran High School in Appleton. From there, I attended Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC) in Milwaukee with a major in Education and a minor in Broad Field Social Studies. At WLC, I met my wife Nicole (Kolosovsky) and got married in 2000. We have three kids - Eli, Sophia, and Micah.
Where I've Taught
After graduation from college I received a Call to Star of Bethlehem in New Berlin. I taught 7th grade and served as the Athletic Director for four years. In 2005, I accepted a Call to St. Marcus Lutheran School in Milwaukee. I served 13 years at St Marcus teaching middle school, coaching, and later serving as Dean of Culture and Behavior. In 2018, I accepted the Call to serve here at St. Paul's Lutheran.
My family and I love sports, travel, and spending time with friends and family. I specifically enjoy volleyball, golf, softball, and basketball; however I have interest in any sport. We go up North every summer to St Germain and enjoy relaxing on the beach. I take comfort in Joshua 1:9 and Jeremiah 29:11. My family and I trust in the Lord's plan for us and for all His people.
