Tuition Assistance -
2016-2017

Tuition Assistance Applications and all supporting and required documentation is due to TADS by April 15, 2016.

Tuition assistance is available on the basis of demonstrated need. If you believe that your resources are not sufficient to meet the total costs of a St. Paul's education, you are encouraged to apply. Tuition assistance awards for the upcoming school year are determined after the due date and will be credited in the Tuition Agreements that will be sent out May / June 2016.

TADS provides a framework through which household need can be measured fairly and equitably.

To apply for tuition assistance (3K-Grade 8), parents need to use the online application (see button below "TADS Financial Aid Application"). There is a fee of $34 (per family) for applying for tuition assistance. This fee will be input at the end of the online application process and is non-refundable.

It is highly recommended that you use the "worksheet" to prepare all needed information prior to applying for assistance. Click on the tab below to open up the worksheet and print it for your use (this is not to be sent to TADS or school). You need to be thorough in your application and include all required documentation as this information that is used to determine need.

Tuition and Billing Management

Families are to use this automatic funds transfer system. For 2016-2017, convenience fees for monthly billing is still $45 per family account. (This fee is waived for families that pay annually or by semester.)  If you have questions on this, please contact the business administrator, Dan Lippert, dlippert@stpaulmuskego.org.

Following successful application and enrollment, as well as completion of tuition assistance grants, the tuition management agreements will be sent out via email - May / June. It's important to complete these forms immediately upon receiving them - students are not allowed to attend school without having tuition agreements established. We ask that you get the tuition agreements established when you receive them.

 

Application - New Students

Apply for enrollment into St. Paul's 3K-Grade 8. For first-time applicants.  Application do not need to be submitted to inquire about enrollment! If you are just exploring enrollment, click here.

Click on APPLICATION for first time student application to St. Paul's. When you go to the TADS site, you will need to create an account to begin the process. The following letter has the school access code(if asked to supply) and more information about applying. (Parent info for applying. )

At the end, there is an application fee that must accompany the submission. Once the application is received it will be reviewed. Follow up meetings with school administration may be required. After an application is accepted, parents will receive an enrollment email from TADS - see below.

 

Enrollment - new and returning students - annual requirement

All returning students are required to re-enroll each year. An email from TADS and St. Paul's will be sent to your primary email address with a link and instructions to complete on the online enrollment (done annually!). At the end of the enrollment sheet, parents are to submit relative fees - annual enrollment fees are $100 ($150 family max). If you have questions, please contact the school principal for clarification.

Following the application and enrollment, the tuition / billing agreement will still need to be completed. This information will come via a separate email - May / June. Please see the middle column (green) to the left for more info.
